* النقابة: تؤسس في المملكة العربية السعودية إدارة تكون مهمتها ترتيب وتنظيم نقل الحجاج وتسمى ( نقابة السيارات ) إنفاذاً لأمر حضرة صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد المعظم الصادر برقم 1372/02/11ه تهدف النقابة العامة للسيارات إلى تنظيم وترتيب النقل في الحج والعمرة والنقل المدرسي والسياحي والإشراف على المؤسسات و الشركات الناقلة المنضمة تحت عضوية النقابة. و من ضمن اهداف النقابة العامة للسيارات هي تأمين نقل آمن للحجاج لرحلة المشاعر المقدسة ورحلات مابين المدن بطريقة آمنة وميسرة
الشركات المتخصصة في تقديم خدمات النقل للحجاج بما في ذلك شركات السيارات شركات الحافلات .جميع هذه الشركات تندرج ضمن عضوية النقابة وهي "النقابة العامة للسيارات".

تشمل العمرة 4 خطوات رئيسية: :
- الإحرام: بعد الاغتسال وارتداء لباس الإحرام الذي يتكون من جزأين بالنسبة للرجال و هما الرداء و الإزار بينما ترتدي النساء الرداء. يقوم الزائر بصلاة ركعتين بنية الإحرام.
- الطواف: دخول المسجد الحرام والطواف حول الكعبة سبع مرات ابتداء بالإشارة للحجر الأسود.
- السعي : أداء ركن السعي يتم عند المشي بين الصفا والمروة سبع مرات مع الدعاء لله واستقبال الكعبة في بداية كل شوط.
- التقصير والحلق: عند إتمام العمرة و التحلل منها يقوم الرجال بحلق شعرهم بينما تقوم المرأة بقص خصلة صغيرة من شعرها.
